Service description

WhyCrash provides automated analysis of Windows crash dump files. Our free tier analyzes files in your browser. Our premium tier uses server-side debugging tools for deeper analysis.

No warranty

WhyCrash is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Crash analysis is automated and may not be 100% accurate. Our diagnosis is informational — it is not a substitute for professional IT support. We are not responsible for any actions taken based on our analysis.

Acceptable use

You agree to use WhyCrash only for analyzing your own crash dumps or those you have permission to analyze. Do not upload files that are not Windows crash dumps. Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

Intellectual property

WhyCrash, its code, design, and analysis algorithms are proprietary. The analysis results you receive are yours to use freely. Our bug check database and driver database are compiled from public sources.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhyCrash and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
